Animal Ethics
Currently there are billions of animals across the world suffering, from being used for entertainment, food, medicine, medical research, fashion to being kept as exotic pets. Every animal deserves to live a life free from exploitation.
Environment
Animal agriculture requires massive amounts of land, food, energy and water, and results in deforestation, water pollution and immense animal suffering. Globally, animal agriculture is responsible for more greenhouse gases than all
the worlds transportation systems combined
Human Health
Evidence indicates that long term animal consumption is associated with an increased risk of total mortality including cardiovascular disease, colorectal disease and type 2 diabetes. A diet free from animal products however, has been
shown to reverse many of these conditions.
